Order Processing & Cancellation

Our team processes orders promptly—often within the same day. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

However, if you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 to 2 hours of purchase. If your request is received within this timeframe before processing or shipping, we will issue a full refund or make the necessary adjustments.

Please note: If your request is made after the processing period, the order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled.
