  • Do you ship to all countries?
  • No. Currently, we only ship to the US.

  • How long does the shipment take?
  • Orders are shipped within one business day.

  • What if I want an earlier shipment or an expedited shipment and how much it would cost?
  • Buyers can pay for expedited shipping. The amount of the expedited shipping would vary depending on the location of the buyer.

  • When do you ship the order from your warehouse?
  • If the order is placed before 2:00 pm CT, then the order will ship out the same day of purchase. If not, then the order will ship out the following business day.

  • Who is your courier?
  • Fedex or USPS

  • How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
  • When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number will be provided together with the email notification.

  • Where is your warehouse located?

  • I ordered two items but only received one.
  • Contact customer support.

  • Why does the shipment status shows unavailable or still pending? (especially with expedited shipping)
  • The tracking number has not been added to order yet.

  • I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
  • Please send us an email immediately so we can check your order information and process any corrections with your order details if needed.

  • Missing package; tracking information says delivered but item not received or delivered to wrong address.
  • Contact customer support.

  • Modes of payment?
  • We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and Paypal.

  • Do you have Cash on Delivery?
  • As of this moment, Cash on Delivery is not applicable to our store.

  • Can I change my order?
  • Yes, we accept any changes in an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes you need to contact our Customer Specialist within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Do we have shipping fee?
  • We provide free economy shipping. Any other shipping options will be an additional cost.

     

  • What are the conditions of the items?

    2. New without box - Item will not be in the original box
    3. New with defects - Item is new and unused but we discovered an issue with it that makes not perfect and new.
    4. Pre-owned - Item was a customer return or shows signs of wear.
